Terms of Services (ToS)
❝Commissioning the artist means that you agree to the Terms of Services below❞
GENERAL TERMS
I, the Artist, have the rights to decline a commission without needing an explanation. Including if the commissioner gives a very short and strict deadlines, and if I'm NOT comfortable doing the commission.
The Commissioner and the Artist are NOT allowed to share any private and personal information such as contact details to anyone. Both of them shall be kept CONFIDENTIAL to themselves.
The Commissioner and the Artist shall communicate to each other with RESPECT and MANNERS.
The commission is for PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL use.
All commercial commissions will be given a higher priority. Meaning, the artist will work first on the commercial commissions rather than the personal ones.
If the commissioner fails to be patient with their order, the commission will be dropped WITH NO REFUNDS. Filing a dispute and a refund means that you are impatient with your commission.
The Commissioner will be added to the commission work list. once they had send the order form and if the Artist accepts it.
All the commission orders where included to the commission work list. are NOT affected with the price updates.
I'm a slow artist. I'm also a full-time student which there are tendencies that I'm busy with personal and academic stuff. So please bare with me and always be patient with your commission. Turnaround time takes 1-4 weeks 'or' 1-2 months to finish a commission.
PAYMENT ♦ REFUND POLICY
The accepted payment method is PAYPAL, KO-FI, & GCASH.
All commissions must be fully paid before the Artist will start. The Artist does NOT accept partial payment(s).
The accepted currency is USD (FOR PAYPAL AND KO-FI ONLY.) and PHP (FOR GCASH ONY)
When the Commissioner sends the money, they should provide a screenshot as a proof that they have already sent the payment.
STRICTLY NO REFUNDS once the client approves the sketch of their commission. Filing a refund during the lineart - finalizing process means you're impatient with your commission.
PROCESS ♦ TURNAROUND TIME
The Commissioner will be added to the Waiting List.
Please DO NOT expect that the Artist may finish your commission right away. The Commissioner must be patient with the Artist. The Artist is just only a student and of course, an artist.
The commissioner is not allowed to rush the Artist just to finish their commission.
Turnaround time takes 1-4 weeks 'or' 1-2 months to finish a commission. There are some possibilities that it might extend due to the Artist having some important things to prioritize like doing academic requirements. It will also depend on the number of the clients I had from my commission work list.
The Artist will inform the Commissioner right away if the Artist extends the process of making the commission with the Artist’s reasons.
A sketch will be sent to the Commissioner before she proceeds to the lineart, coloring,...etc.
The Artist will give the commissioner five minor revisions to the sketch only.
Works in Progress (WIPS) will be send by the Artist with a watermark for a meantime.
An additional fee may be given IF there is a major revision/changes (e.g. changing the poses, facial expressions...etc.).
During the coloring process, the Artist will send the base colors to the Commissioner to check if there are some color corrections.
ARTWORK
The Artist will only draw in their own style.
The Commissioner will receive the finished commission artwork with a simple background.
The Commissioner may request to the artist a transparent file/background for free.
FOR PERSONAL COMMISSION: The commissioner is NOT allowed to request the Artist to give and have the commissioned drawing without the Artist’s watermark.
FOR COMMERCIAL COMMISSION: The artist will give the commissioned artwork with the artist's watermark WITH AND WITHOUT the watermark. BUT The Commissioner should credit the artist in the descriptions!
The finished commission will be sent via email only. (This is to make sure that the Artist will give the commissioner a high resolution drawing)
USAGE POLICY
The Artist is allowed to;
Use the commissioned product to promote herself in any social media platforms.
The Commissioner is allowed to;
Upload and use in any site the commissioned drawing with proper credits. This applies to BOTH PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS.
FOR PERSONAL COMMISSION:
The Commissioner is NOT allowed to make any changes to the commissioned artwork.
The Commissioner is NOT allowed to use the artwork for commercial/profit purposes including prints, redistribution, etc...
The Commissioner is allowed to use and share their commissioned artworks everywhere with proper credits.
FOR COMMERCIAL COMMISSION:
The Commissioner is allowed to make any sort of merch with the commissioned artwork such as books, key chains, stickers, banners, etc.
The Commissioner is allowed to promote their own brand with using the commissioned artwork (IF EVER), The Commissioner may also include the Artist's name for making the commissioned artwork.
"The NON Commissioners are STRICTLY NOT allowed to use the commissioned artwork in any ways!
DISAGREEMENT AND DISPUTATION
If the Commissioner ONCE violated or disobeyed the Terms of Services, the Artist will only give the Commissioner ONE (1) WARNING and still be given a chance to order a commission from the Artist.
Failure to comply for MORE THAN TWICE from The ToS, the commissioner will have NO rights to commission the Artist.
If the Commissioner files a dispute to the Artist with or without reasons, the Commissioner will be blacklisted by the Artist and will be banned from asking for a commission. Filing a dispute means that you are impatient with your commission.
